DESCRIPTION:
Welcome, one and all, to the Sykidelik Elvis Arena and hometown! This
place is a on-stop-shopping center for all your vigilante needs,
whether you need a duel settled, want to race, or just feel like
cruising around. So come, arm yourself, and get to know your fellow
vigilante. Or just kill them one by one, it's up to you!

This map is divided into a few main areas, principal of which is the
main track. This runs around the exterior of the facility and will
take you to every part of the map, provided you can stay on it and stay
in one piece. This track has quite a few obstacles in its path, and
the terrain isn't always forgiving, so make sure that plastic Jesus is
glued securely to the dashboard of your car.

Everyone's favorite attraction is, of course, the pit. Designed for
duels, brawls, and demo derbys (an SE favorite), it's accesable via a
land ramp that will drop you into the pit. Once inside, you'll quickly
notice several great stone pillars, the bane of unwary and overly
speedy drivers. Also be aware of the shallow pits dotting the pit
proper; hit one of these at the wrong angle and the last thing you'll
see is your rear axle flying through the air. Take note that the pit
has no exits and no regens, once you enter, you're not leaving (except
possibly in a body bag).

Continuing east from the pit access road, the next item of great note
you'll see is the observation area access road. This title is somewhat
misleading, however, as the road leads not to an observation area, but
a sixteen-meter-high ramp. Provided that you take the ramp at a proper
speed and bearing, you may arrive on the observation platform. Or you
may not, in which case your carcass will more than likely resemble a
piece of burnt toast. Located on the platform is one of the two regens
in the facility. Also, you will note another ramp that will lead those
possesing of higher-than-average skill to the judge's observation area.
This area is normally reserved for a host, referee, or (gasp!) judge
during SE-sponsored events. Have fun landing the jump. I recommend a
light car.

Directly following the observation area access road is a quaint ghost
town. Nothing special, but people like their nostalgia.

After the ghost town and a trip through a small canyon, you will
(hopefully) note that the road splits. Continue upon the main roadway,
and you will encounter more obstacles, after which you will arrive at
Spanner's, where you can gas up and catch a bite to eat before
proceeding. This area is not recommended for those with lead feet. If
you take the right branch, you will eventually come upon a hill the
locals affectionately refer to as "The Bitch." Be careful not to hit
the peak too quickly, or you will soon find why this nickname is so
fitting.

Continuing upon the main road, to your right you will notice a
decidedly maze-like canyon. Hidden somewhere in here is a regen point,
however, whether or not you get there is another matter entirely.

You will eventually arrive at a town. Here you can rest, hide out from
those bastards who've been chasing you for the last half hour, or just
blow the buildings to all hell, the choice is entirely yours.

Next you will enter a canyon with more curves than, I don't know,
something with a hell of a lot of curves. If you ever wanted to
experience pinball as the ball, floor it.

That concludes our tour of the SE Arena and hometown. We hope you
enjoyed your time with us, and will be spending time with us again in
the near future. Until then, go whoop some ass.
