Full stand-alone patch. Does not support 8-bit game-play*.

Replaces Nitro Patch III and Nitro 30fps EXE:

24fps frame rate limiter
A3D audio support files (Requires installation)
-D3D mode support files

Untested and underdeveloped by yours truly...

Hey kids...

Looks like there may be a compatibility issue with the all weapon NITSHELL.DLL and on-line games.

I've updated the patch and removed it from the manifest.

Please restore your original NITSHELL.DLL if you're having problems.
